Decisions are posted for historical purposes. New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotations (RSA) are enacted and amended regularly. Decisions are rendered based on the RSA's in effect for the time period of the claim, factual evidence and testimony presented for the hearing. Every claim is different and has individual facts and circumstances.
