Public Adjusters must MAIL in their renewal along with appropriate fee and documentation.

The Public Adjuster renewal cycle is begins August 2, 2021 and closes October 1, 2021. All Public Adjuster new applications and renewals must MAILED to the DEPT. along with appropriate fee and documentation.

  • NH does not accept late renewals. Failure to renew by October 2nd annually will require a new application and 2x the renewal fee.
  • Insufficient Funds Policy:

      Pursuant to RSA 6:11-a, we are required to collect a fee of $25.00 or 5% of the face amount of the check (whichever is greater) in addition to $8.00 state treasury fees, on all checks returned for insufficient funds. Upon notification that a check for licensing fees has been returned, the licensee will be notified and the license will be placed in suspended status immediately. If the financial obligation is not satisfied within 60 days, the license will be cancelled.
