NH at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival
Program Book

The Smithsonian Folklife Festival held every summer on the National Mall in Washington DC uses many tools to help people learn about the living cultural heritage of a region or group.

Every year, they publish a program book that features articles on the programs presented at the festival. In 1999, there were seven articles that expanded upon the traditions presented in New Hampshire's presentation at the festival "Celebrating New Hampshire Stories." All were written by New Hampshire authors.
