Combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting
March 2, 2021 at 6 pm via Zoom

  • Presentation
  • Meeting Information

The NHDOT will be holding a combined Public Officials/Public Information Meeting to discuss this project, which will make transportation improvements to NH 1A in the Town of Hampton. The initial study area will extend 3.5 miles from the Neil R. Underwood Memorial Bridge to NH 27 (High Street), with specific project type(s) and location(s) to be determined during the early stages of the project.

During the meeting, the project team will use Zoom breakout rooms to facilitate discussion and allow us to hear from more people. There will be three rooms, with each one discussing a separate section of the corridor. To help us plan for and staff the rooms, we ask that you do two things ahead of time:

    1. Please register in advance of the meeting at:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. You may register up until the start of the meeting.

    2. Please e-mail with the name you used to register and your choice of breakout room:
      • Segment 1 – NH 1A from State Park Driveway at South Beach to NH 101 (Church Street),
      • Segment 2 – NH 1A north of NH 101 (Church Street) through the NH 101E (Winnacunnet Road) intersection, or
      • Segment 3 - NH 1A north of NH 101E (Winnacunnet Road) through the NH 27 (High Street) intersection

We understand that some people may be interested in several segments, but for this meeting please choose the one that is most important to you. A recap of the discussion in each room will be shared with all attendees, and any topics that may have been missed can be submitted on the project Wikimap (see link under Project Survey), or e-mailed to the project team at
