The Commission To Meet to Update Status of Proposed Projects

Public-Private partnerships allow for the sharing of resources to finance, design, build, operate, and maintain transportation infrastructure projects and are especially effective when limited financial resources are available. In 2016, the New Hampshire Legislature passed Senate Bill 549, establishing a Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure Oversight Commission. (RSA 228:107-115.)

The P3 Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, February 20, 2020, 6-6:30 pm at the Portsmouth City Hall, 1 Junkins Avenue, Conference Room A, Portsmouth, NH to introduce new members and update the status of pending projects.

Immediately following the Public Meeting on Thursday, February 20, 2020, the Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 pm on the draft Request for Proposals (RFP) on the pending transit facilities project(s) (Portsmouth and Dover). During this time, the Commission will accept public comments on the RFP.
