Chichester Public Officials/Informational Meeting
NHDOT to discuss the US Route 4 Safety Evaluation

Arrangements have been made for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation to hold a Combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting. The project involves a comprehensive safety evaluation of US Route 4 from I-393 to King Road, and the development of safety improvement alternatives. The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the results of the safety evaluation, and to consider safety improvement alternatives.

The meeting is scheduled for September 10, 2019 at 6:00 PM at the Chichester Fire Department's meeting room, 22 Main Street, Chichester.

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs and community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
