Culvert Repairs Planned On NH Route 25 In Benton
Alternating One-Way Traffic For 11 Days

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces culvert repair work is scheduled to begin Monday, July 9, 2018 on NH Route 25 in Benton. The project site is located near mile marker 16, 4/10ths of a mile east of the Benton/Warren town line.

This project includes replacing approximately 100 feet of an existing 36-inch concrete pipe with a 48-inch high-density polyethylene pipe.

Alternating one-way traffic will be controlled with stop and yield signs through the duration of the project. The speed limit will be reduced from 55 to 40 mph throughout construction. The public is encouraged to plan ahead to allow extra travel time. This is expected to be completed by July 20, 2018.
