Hopkinton Public Officials/Informational Meeting
US 202/NH 9 Bridges Over Contoocook River and Stumpfield Road

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Informational Meeting will be held on March 5, 2018 in Hopkinton to discuss a preservation project for two bridges on US 202/NH 9. One of the bridges carries US 202/NH 9 over the Contoocook River just east of the intersection of US 202/NH 9 with NH Route 127, and the other carries US 202/NH 9 over Elm Brook just east of the intersection of US 202/NH 9 with Stumpfield Road. Discussion at the public meeting will include impacts to traffic.

This work to extend the useful lives of the bridges is planned to be done in 2019 and will require up to 14 weeks to complete.

This public meeting will be part of the Hopkinton Selectmen's Meeting on Monday, March 5th, beginning at 5:30 pm at the Hopkinton Town Hall, 330 Main Street in Hopkinton, New Hampshire.
