Springfield Public Informational Meeting
Georges Mills Bridge over Star Lake Outlet

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Informational Meeting will be held to discuss the rehabilitation or replacement of the "red listed" bridge that carries Georges Mills Road over Star Lake Outlet in the Town of Springfield, New Hampshire.

The meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Springfield Town Offices, 2750 Main Street in Springfield, NH. Doors will open at 6:30 pm for informal viewing of the project information. A formal presentation will begin at 7:00 pm.

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the latest in-depth bridge inspection and the proposed project. The meeting is also to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, the NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
