Hooksett: I-93 Northbound to I-293 Southbound Ramp to Close for 8 Weeks
To Allow for Rehabilitation of the Bridge over I-293/I-93

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces the planned closing of the I-93 northbound to I-293 southbound ramp in Hooksett on Monday August 21, 2017 to allow for the rehabilitation of the bridge over I-293/I-93. This ramp closure is anticipated to last for eight weeks. A detour will be in place to encourage motorists to take Exit 10 for I-293 South.

This $3.36 million project has also included the resurfacing of 2.1 miles on NH 101 from Manchester to Auburn, on I-93 northbound to I-293 southbound, and the I-293 northbound to the I-93 southbound ramps in Hooksett.

Pike Industries, Inc. of Belmont, New Hampshire is the contractor for the project, which has an intermediate completion date of October 27, 2017.
