The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces blasting operations are scheduled to begin at the Exit 4 interchange in Londonderry on Interstate 93 during the week of February 27, 2017.

This work is scheduled to be done during daytime hours between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday through Friday, and will continue for approximately two months. Rolling road blocks will be used as part of the blasting operations. Message boards will notify the travelling public of daily operations.

This work is part of the final I-93 northbound and southbound mainline construction in the Exit 4 area (Londonderry/Derry), as well as ramp construction, the NH Route 102 reconstruction (including the reconstruction of the NH Route 102 Bridge over I-93), and the reconstruction of Pillsbury Road/Ash Street (including the Pillsbury Road/Ash Street Bridge over I-93).

RS Audley, Inc. of Bow, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $62.2 million project, which is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2020.
