Sanbornton Public Officials/Informational Meeting
Rehabilitation of I-93 Bridges Over Salmon Brook

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will hold a Public Officials/Informational meeting to discuss the planned rehabilitation, including concrete crack repair and patching, of the bridges carrying Interstate 93 northbound and southbound over Salmon Brook in the Town of Sanbornton, New Hampshire.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at 5:00 pm as part of the Town Selectmen's Meeting at 573 Sanborn Road in Sanbornton.

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, the NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.

In addition, this project must comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, which requires that the Department identify and assess the project's impact to historic properties. If you have any concerns with the historic properties or archaeological resources in the project area, please bring these concerns to the public meeting, or notify the Department.
