Night Work on I-93 Between Exits 3 and 4 in Windham - Derry
I-93 Northbound and Southbound Lane Closures

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces night work associated with the construction of Interstate 93 northbound and southbound from the weigh station in Windham to ½ mile south of the Exit 4 interchange in Derry.

Weather permitting, nighttime construction operations will take place starting on Friday, November 11 and continue through Saturday morning, November 12. The work will consist of paving the southbound lanes in areas that were damaged during blasting operations. A portion of the northbound lanes will also be repaired at this time.

The paving and striping work will require traffic on northbound and southbound lanes of I-93 to be reduced to one lane utilizing a lane closure, and will take place during non-commuter hours, between approximately 8:00 pm and 5:00 am. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.

This work is part of the $49 million I-93 widening and reconstruction project between Exit 3 in Windham and Exit 4 in Derry. The general contractor is R.S. Audley, Inc., of Bow, New Hampshire.
