Public Meeting on ADA Transition Plan for NH Department of Transportation Facilities

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination in access to government services, public transportation, jobs, public accommodations and telecommunications on the basis of disability. The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) has conducted a self‐evaluation of its facilities and has developed an ADA Transition Plan detailing how the organization will ensure all of its facilities, services, programs and activities are accessible to all individuals.

A public forum to discuss the NHDOT's ADA Transition Plan will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in room 112 at the NHDOT Morton Building, 7 Hazen Drive, in Concord New Hampshire.
