NH 106 Pavement Rehabilitation In Belmont-Laconia

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces pavement rehabilitation work on five miles of NH Route 106 in Belmont and Laconia is scheduled to begin on or about Wednesday, July 20, 2016.

This pavement rehabilitation project on Route 106 extends from Perkins Road in Belmont northerly to the Laconia urban compact line. It also includes pavement rehabilitation on 8/10’s of a mile of the Laconia Bypass, safety improvements to the NH Route 106/Seavey Road intersection, and the rehabilitation of three bridges; NH 106 over Tioga River, NH 106 over the Laconia Bypass, and Laconia Bypass over NH 107.

Busby Construction, of Atkinson, New Hampshire is the contractor for the $7.2 million project, which has a final completion date of October 27, 2017.
