Work Will Install New Signage

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces plans to close both the northbound and Southbound Open Road Toll (ORT) lanes at Hampton Toll Plaza on Interstate 95 for new sign installations.

The closure of the Southbound ORT is scheduled for the night of Monday, June 20, 2016 from 8:00 pm until 5:00 am the following morning. The closure of the Northbound ORT is schedule for the night of Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 8:00 pm until 5:00 am the following morning.

The closure is necessary in order to install new E-ZPass signs at the South Road and Route 27 overpass bridges. All motorists will be guided via signs and traffic cones to the non-ORT portion of the Hampton Toll Plaza where they will proceed through either dedicated E-ZPass lane or cash lanes.

Liddell Brothers, Inc. of Halifax, MA, is the contractor for the $476,500 project.
