I-93 Ramp Closures in Concord-Canterbury
Curbing and Paving Work Planned

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces planned ramp closures associated with the rehabilitation of 4.4 miles of Interstate 93 between Exit 17 and Exit 18 in Concord and Canterbury.

On Wednesday, May 25th, the Exit 17 northbound off-ramp will be closed between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm for granite curbing work. Motorists seeking to access US Route 4 and Hoit Road will be detoured to the Exit 18 interchange to reverse direction and use the Exit 17 southbound off-ramp.

In addition, night paving work on all Exit 17 and Exit 18 ramps is planned for a total of eight nights – May 31 to June 2, and June 5 to June 9. Motorists will be detoured to the next interchange to reverse direction using detour signs and message boards.

Pike Industries of Belmont, New Hampshire is the contractor for the $4.38 million project, which has a final completion date of August 26, 2016.
