Bridge Repairs Resuming On Interstate 93 In Northfield
Work On Two Bridges Will Require Single Lane Traffic On Bay Street

CONCORD – The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces bridge repair work is resuming on two bridges that carry Interstate 93 over Bay Street in Northfield.

This bridge pier work will be ongoing throughout the winter and will require that Bay Street be reduced to one lane at the bridges. Traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic signals.

This work is being done to repair the pier caps and bearings on these two bridges. Traffic will be reduced to one lane on Bay Street at the bridges starting on Wednesday, December 2, 2015. Work is expected to continue through March 2016.
