Public Meeting on Potential Transportation Improvements to Hampton Beach
October 13 Session is Part of Hampton Beach Area Master Plan Update

The Hampton Beach Area Commission (HBAC) and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announce a second public input opportunity is set for October 13th as part of the effort to update the Hampton Beach Area Master Plan.

This meeting is a follow-up to the first public input meeting held in June. It will feature a presentation on the recommendations offered following a detailed examination of the existing conditions analysis and considerable public input. The meeting's primary focus is on hearing from residents, businesses, and visitors on what they believe will work, what won't work, and any additional suggestions for improvement to transportation in the Hampton Beach area.

The meeting will be held in the Training Room at the Hampton Police Department on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, beginning at 7:00 pm. It will be open to the public, and will be recorded for re-broadcast on Channel 22.

The Hampton Beach Master Plan update process can be followed online at the following:

The Hampton Beach Area Master Plan update effort is being funded through a federal Transportation, Community and System Preservation (TCSP) grant from the Federal Highway Administration awarded to the HBAC in 2012. The project is being managed by the NHDOT on behalf of the HBAC.
