Traffic Alignment Changes on I-93 in Windham
Night Traffic Shift for Northbound Lanes

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a nighttime traffic shift is planned on I-93 northbound on Sunday, August 30 between 8:00 pm and 7:00 am. This work will include line grinding and striping to shift traffic on I-93 northbound, from mile marker 6.5 to 8.5, to a temporary traffic pattern on the east side of the highway.

This work is weather dependent, which may result in work being delayed until later in the week. Message boards, uniformed officers, and traffic control devices along I-93, northbound will provide advanced information and direct motorists through the work zone. Minor traffic delays can be anticipated.

This work is part of the construction of the final northbound I-93 roadway alignment. Weaver Bros. Construction of Bow, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $32.2 million project, which is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2016.
