Amherst Public Informational Meeting
Intersection Of NH 101A And NH 101 Eastbound Off-Ramp

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting has been scheduled to inform Amherst town officials and the public of proposed improvements to the intersection of NH Route 101A with the NH Route 101 eastbound off-ramp.

At this time, the project will not impact any identified historic properties within or immediately adjacent to the project area.

This public meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2015 at 7:00 pm, as part of the regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting at the Amherst Town Hall, located at 2 Main Street in Amherst, New Hampshire.

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
