Night Traffic Shift at Roundabout Project on US 4 in Lee
Conversion from a Traffic Circle at NH Route 125

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a planned traffic shift is scheduled for the night of Monday, July 20, 2015 as part of the conversion of the Lee Traffic Circle to a roundabout at the intersection of US Route 4 and NH Route 125.

Starting at 7:00 pm on July 20, traffic will be shifted at the approaches to the roundabout to allow for additional construction work. Some traffic delays should be anticipated due to re-striping for the new traffic pattern.

This project is converting the existing single lane Lee Traffic Circle to a modern two-lane roundabout. SUR Construction Inc., of Rochester, New Hampshire is the prime contractor for the $2.79 million project, which has a final completion date of September 2015.
