Plaistow Public Informational Meeting
Plaistow Commuter Rail Extension Study

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will hold a Public Informational Meeting on the Plaistow Commuter Rail Extension Study at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the Plaistow Town Hall (145 Main Street, Plaistow, NH).

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens with a draft recommended alternative for a potential station and layover facility. The draft recommended alternative has been developed with consideration of comments and input received at previous public informational meetings, and from the project advisory committee. Information on ridership, cost, noise and vibration, and land use impacts/benefits will also be included in the presentation.

Information on the project, including past meeting minutes, can be found on the project's website The NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
