Paving On I-93 Exit 13 On & Off Ramps In Concord
Minor I-93 Southbound Traffic Delays

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces night paving work is planned at Exit 13 of Interstate in Concord.

Weather permitting, milling and paving work will take place this week, with milling operations Monday, September 29 and paving operations on Thursday, October 2. This work will occur on all four Exit 13 on and off ramps during non-commuter hours, from approximately 8:00 pm to 5:00 am. It’s anticipated that this work will be completed within the timeline above, however additional nights may be required.

The work on the on and off ramps will require the ramps to temporarily closed, one at a time, for paving operations. Traffic will be detoured to next available exit to reverse direction. Uniformed officers and construction signs will be in place to help direct the traffic through the work zone.

Continental Paving, Inc., of Londonderry, New Hampshire is the contractor for this work, which is part of the Manchester/Bedford/Nashua resurfacing of the Central Turnpike project.  The $3.1 million project has a completion date of October 15, 2014.
