Night Work to Resume at Exit 5 in Londonderry NH
Minor I-93 Southbound Traffic Delays

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces night work associated with the construction of the four new Exit 5 Interstate 93 bridges in Londonderry.

Weather permitting, striping and a traffic shift of the I- 93 southbound lanes at mile marker 17.0 to 15.0 will take place on Tuesday night, July 22, 2014. This work will occur during non-commuter hours, from approximately 8:30 pm Tuesday night until 5:00 am on Wednesday morning. It's anticipated this work will take one night to complete, however additional days may be required. Minor traffic delays can be expected.

Traffic on I-93 southbound will be reduced to one lane. The striping and traffic shift will accommodate future southbound work.

This work is part of the construction of four new I-93 Exit 5 bridges, NH Route 28 reconstruction, and I-93 reconstruction in the Exit 5 area. Severino Trucking. Co., Inc. of Candia, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $37 million project, which is scheduled for completion in August 2014.
