Night Work on Spaulding Turnpike Project in Newington
Woodbury Avenue Bridge over Southbound Turnpike

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces night work is planned on the Spaulding Turnpike widening project south of Exit 4 in Newington.

This night work at the Woodbury Avenue Bridge over the southbound lanes of the Spaulding Turnpike will begin the night of Monday, July 7, 2014 and continue for approximately two weeks. Work hours will be between 7:00 pm and 4:00 am, with southbound lane closures likely between Sunday and Thursday nights. Northbound traffic will not be affected by this work.

State Police will used to alert motorists to the southbound lane closures. Speeds will be posted at 40 MPH through the nighttime work zone and will be strictly enforced.
