Final Paving Of Pelham Roundabouts on NH Route 111A
Daytime Detours Planned For Saturday, June 28

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces final paving work is planned for the two new roundabouts on NH Route 111A in the Pelham town center.

This paving work will take place on Saturday, June 28, 2014, between the hours of 5:00 am and 5:00 pm. During this time period, traffic will be detoured around the Pelham town center via NH 38, NH 128, and other local roads. Message boards and signs will be used to alert motorists, and flaggers and uniformed officers will assist with the detours.

This project involves construction of two roundabouts on NH 111A (Marsh Rd/Windham Rd) in the Pelham town center, partial reconstruction of NH 111A, and the relocation of Acorn Lane (formerly Gibson Drive), from Old Bridge Street to Marsh Road. The project also includes reconstruction of roadway drainage, new curb and sidewalks, landscaping, and utility relocations.

Continental Paving, Inc. of Londonderry, New Hampshire is the prime contractor for the $2.8 million project.
