Loudon Public Informational Meeting
Intersection of NH 106 and Staniels Rd./Josiah Bartlett Rd.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2014 for the presentation of proposed safety improvements at the intersection of NH Route 106, Staniels Road and Josiah Bartlett Road in Loudon. The improvements involve the widening of NH Route 106 at the Staniels Road/Josiah Bartlett Road intersection and the installation of traffic signals.

The March 18 meeting at 6:30 pm will be part of the Town Selectmen's Meeting at the Loudon Community Building, 29 South Village Road, in Loudon, New Hampshire.

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
