NH Capitol Corridor Study Public Meeting
Rail and Transit Options Between Boston and Concord, NH

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will hold a public meeting on the NH Capitol Corridor Analysis and Service Development Plan on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 in Concord.

This meeting will discuss the transportation alternatives that have been developed as part of the study of transit and rail options in the 73‐mile study corridor between Boston, MA and Concord, NH.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, which will be held in the Granite State Conference Room (114) at the NH Department of Transportation, 7 Hazen Drive in Concord, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

This project includes a study of potential rail and bus transit investments in the NH Capitol Corridor, which connects the major population centers of New Hampshire to metropolitan Boston, and the development of a service development plan and related documents for intercity passenger rail between Boston, MA and Concord, NH. The study is taking a multimodal, systems‐wide approach to alternatives development.
