NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected to Positive Cases of COVID-19 at Establishment in Plaistow – November 21, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has identified potential community exposures related to multiple confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Grumpy's Bar & Grill, 20 Plaistow Rd, Plaistow, NH 03865. DHHS has determined that potential community exposures occurred in the bar and pool table areas on the following days:

  • Tuesday evening, 11/10
  • Saturday evening, 11/14

The public health investigation into these potential exposures is ongoing, and thus far DHHS has identified three cases of COVID-19 associated with this establishment. The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office is currently investigating multiple violations of New Hampshire Food Service guidance by the establishment.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected to Positive Cases of COVID-19 at Establishment in Salem and Church in Wolfeboro (November 17, 2020)

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has identified potential community exposures related to an establishment in Salem. DHHS is also investigating an outbreak at a church in Wolfeboro. Individuals may have been exposed to COVID-19 if they went to the following establishments during the days identified below, and should seek testing.

Calvary Wolfeboro Church

DHHS is investigating an outbreak of COVID-19 associated with Calvary Wolfeboro church, located at 43 Mill Street, Wolfeboro 03894. Individuals may have been exposed if attending the 9:00 am and 11:30 am services on Sunday, November 1, 2020. To date, 25 persons with COVID-19 have been identified with connections to the church community.

Chasers Poker Room and Casino

DHHS has identified potential community exposures related to confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Chasers Poker Room and Casino, located at 7 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, Salem 03079. Potential community exposures occurred on the following days:

  • Wednesday, 11/4
  • Thursday, 11/5
  • Friday, 11/6
  • Saturday, 11/7
  • Monday, 11/9
  • Tuesday, 11/10
  • Wednesday, 11/11
  • Thursday, 11/12

DHHS has conducted contact investigations on cases associated with these potential community exposures and is notifying known close contacts directly. However, DHHS is making this public notification because there may be additional individuals at the location during those days who were exposed to the coronavirus and should monitor for symptoms and get tested.

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has identified potential community exposures related to a person with confirmed COVID-19 at The 401 Tavern, located at 401 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH 03842. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred in the bar area during the evenings of:

  • Friday, October 23, 2020
  • Saturday, October 24, 2020

DHHS has conducted contact investigations on cases associated with this potential community exposure and is notifying known close contacts directly. However, DHHS is making this public notification because there may be additional individuals at the location during those days who were exposed to the coronavirus and should monitor for symptoms and get tested.

NH DHHS Announces Additional Potential Community Exposures Connected to Positive Case of COVID-19 at a Restaurant in Atkinson – October 30, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is investigating potential community exposures related to a person with confirmed COVID-19 at Atkinson Resort & Country Club located at 85 Country Club Drive, Atkinson, NH 03811. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred in the Merrill's Tavern and Stagecoach Grille areas on the following dates and times:

  • Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm
  • Sunday, October 25, 2020 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Monday, October 26, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 9:45 pm

These potential exposure dates are in addition to the exposures in the in the bar and tavern area of Merrill's Tavern on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, from 12:00 to 7:30 pm, and Thursday, October 22, 2020, from 12:00 to 11:30 pm.

DHHS has conducted contact investigations on cases associated with this potential community exposure and is notifying known close contacts directly. However, DHHS is making this public notification because there may be additional individuals at the location during those days and times who were exposed to the coronavirus and should monitor for symptoms and get tested.

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is investigating potential community exposures related to a person with confirmed COVID-19 at Merrill's Tavern at Atkinson Resort & Country Club located at 85 Country Club Drive, Atkinson, NH 03811. The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has identified potential community exposure related to multiple establishments in multiple locations throughout the state. Individuals may have been exposed to COVID-19 if they went to the following establishments during the days identified below, and should seek testing.

Concord Casino, Concord

A person who has tested positive for COVID-19 was at the Concord Casino, located at the Draft Sports Bar and Grill, 67 South Main Street, Concord, NH, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred in the gaming table area during the evening of:

Paddy's American Grille, Portsmouth

A person who has tested positive for COVID-19 was at Paddy's American Grille, located at 27 International Drive, Portsmouth, NH, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred at the bar area on the following dates:

  • Monday, October 12, 2020
  • Tuesday, October 13, 2020
  • Wednesday, October 14, 2020
  • Thursday, October 15, 2020
  • Friday, October 16, 2020

La Vista Italian Cuisine, Lincoln

A person who has tested positive for COVID-19 was at La Vista Italian Cuisine, located at the RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain, 22 South Mountain Drive, Lincoln, NH, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred during the afternoon and evenings of the following dates:

  • Saturday, October 17, 2020
  • Sunday, October 18, 2020
  • Tuesday, October 20, 2020
  • Thursday, October 22, 2020

DHHS has conducted contact investigations on all cases associated with these potential community exposures and is notifying known close contacts directly. However, DHHS is making this public notification because there may be additional individuals at the location during those days and times who were exposed to the coronavirus.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected to Positive Cases of COVID-19 at Multiple Restaurants - October 23, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has identified potential community exposure related to multiple food and beverage establishments in multiple locations throughout the state. Individuals may have been exposed to COVID-19 if they went to the following establishments during the days identified below, and should seek testing.

Daniel Street Tavern, Portsmouth

At least four people who have tested positive for COVID-19 visited Daniel Street Tavern, located at 111 Daniel St, Portsmouth, NH, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred in the bar area on the evenings of the following dates:

  • Friday, October 9, 2020
  • Wednesday, October 14, 2020
  • Thursday, October 15, 2020

The Goat Bar and Grill, Portsmouth

At least one person who has tested positive for COVID-19 visited The Goat Bar and Grill, located at 142 Congress St, Portsmouth, NH, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred at the bar on the following date:

  • Thursday, October 15, 2020, between the hours of 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM

The Draft Sports Bar and Grill, Concord

At least five people who have tested positive for COVID-19 visited The Draft Sports Bar and Grill, located at 67 South Main St, Concord, NH, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred on the following dates:

  • Friday, October 9, 2020
  • Sunday, October 11, 2020
  • Wednesday-Sunday, October 14-18, 2020

This is an active investigation and other dates may be identified, so anyone who visited the establishment since October 9th should watch for symptoms and seek testing should they develop.

The Barley House Restaurant and Tavern, Concord

At least two people who have tested positive for COVID-19 visited The Barley House Restaurant and Tavern, located at 132 North Main St, Concord, NH, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred in the bar area on the following dates:

  • Monday, October 12, 2020
  • Tuesday, October 13, 2020
  • Wednesday, October 14, 2020
  • Friday, October 16, 2020

This is an active investigation and other dates may be identified, so anyone who visited the establishment since October 12th should watch for symptoms and seek testing should they develop.

Bantam Grill, Peterborough

At least one person who has tested positive for COVID-19 visited Bantam Grill, located at 1 Jaffrey Rd, Peterborough, NH, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred in the bar area during the afternoon and evening of the following date:

  • Tuesday, October 13, 2020

DHHS has conducted contact investigations on all cases associated with these potential community exposures and is notifying known close contacts directly. However, DHHS is making this public notification because there may be additional individuals at the location during those days and times who were exposed to the coronavirus.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected to Positive Cases of COVID-19 at Restaurant in Hudson – October 16, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has identified an outbreak of COVID-19 that may have exposed patrons at Fat Katz Food and Drink, located at 76 Derry Road, Hudson, NH. The potential exposures occurred between Friday, October 2, 2020 and Friday, October 9, 2020.

DHHS has identified at least 17 cases of COVID-19 associated with this outbreak, which includes one individual who went to the establishment while aware of their COVID-19 diagnosis when they were supposed to be on isolation, and a second person who went to the establishment when they were knowingly supposed to be on quarantine, both of whom potentially exposed others.

The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office is currently investigating multiple violations of New Hampshire Food Service guidance by the establishment.

Any individuals who visited Fat Katz Food and Drink between October 2-9, 2020 may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should seek testing. DHHS has conducted a contact investigation and notified known close contacts directly. However, DHHS is making this public notification because there may be additional individuals at the location during those days who were potentially exposed to the coronavirus.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected to Positive Case of COVID-19 at Restaurant in Portsmouth – October 11, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is investigating a person with confirmed COVID-19 who may have exposed patrons seated at the bar at Jumpin' Jay's Fish Café at 150 Congress Street, Portsmouth, NH, on the following dates:

  • Wednesday September 30, 2020 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Thursday October 1, 2020 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Friday, October 2, 2020, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Saturday, October 3, 2020, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Sunday, October 4, 2020, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Any individuals who visited Jumpin' Jay's Fish Café and sat at the bar during those days and times may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should contact NH DHHS at (603) 271-4496 for further guidance. DHHS has conducted a contact investigation and notified known close contacts directly. However, DHHS is making this public notification because there may be additional individuals at the location during those days and times who were exposed to the coronavirus.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected To Positive Cases of COVID-19 at Gate City Church in Nashua – October 7, 2020

The NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is investigating a potential outbreak of COVID-19 associated with individuals who have attended events hosted by the Gate City Church, located at 43 Main Street, Nashua, NH 03064. This includes a multi-day prayer session held from September 19th – 28th. To date, seven persons with COVID-19 have been identified with connections to the church community. DHHS and the Nashua Division of Public Health and Community Services are investigating these illnesses further and the church has moved to hosting virtual services only.

Any individuals who attended events associated with Gate City Church since September 19th may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should observe for illness and seek testing. View the multiple testing options available throughout the State pdf file.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Exposures Connected To Positive Cases Of COVID-19 At Theta Chi Fraternity In Durham - September 6, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is investigating a potential outbreak of COVID-19 among individuals associated with Theta Chi Fraternity, located at 5 Strafford Avenue, Durham, NH 03824. To date, 11 persons with COVID- 19 have been identified who have been at the fraternity.

Any individuals who visited Theta Chi Fraternity since the end of August may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should self-observe for illness and seek testing. Students who may have been exposed can access testing through the University of New Hampshire. Persons not associated with the university can access testing through multiple testing options available throughout the State.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected To Positive Cases Of COVID-19 At Sturgis, SD, Motorcycle Rally – August 26, 2020

The NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is notifying residents about potential exposures related to the Sturgis, SD, Motorcycle Rally held August 7-16. There have been more than 100 confirmed cases associated with the Sturgis event, including six New Hampshire residents.

DHHS recommends that all NH residents who traveled to Sturgis for the motorcycle rally get tested for COVID-19. They should also quarantine and monitor for symptoms for 14 days upon their return to NH, even if they test negative. Per the State's travel guidance pdf file, all individuals traveling anywhere outside New England are reminded to quarantine for 14 days.

The South Dakota Department of Health has issued public notifications regarding potential exposures at multiple locations in Sturgis from August 11-17. Because there are multiple locations in Sturgis with potential community exposure and the number of confirmed cases associated with the event will continue to increase, anyone who attended the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally may have been exposed and potentially contracted COVID-19.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected To Positive Cases Of COVID-19 At Windham Crossing Life Church – August 7, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is investigating a potential outbreak of COVID-19 associated with individuals who have attended events hosted by the Windham Crossing Life Church, located at 122 North Lowell Road, Windham, NH. This includes a YouthStorm, Inc. camp event in Windham, NH on July 16 - 18th. To date, 16 persons with COVID-19 have been identified with connections to the church community. The public should not attend events related to the Windham Crossing Life Church over the next week while DHHS investigates these illnesses further.

Any individuals who attended events associated with Windham Crossing Life Church since July 10th may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should observe for illness and seek testing. In partnership with Windham Crossing Life Church, DHHS is offering a testing event for persons who may have been exposed. The testing event will be held on Monday, August 10th, 2020 from 5 – 7pm. To register for testing at this event, please call 603-271-5980 on Saturday or Sunday between 8am and 4pm.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected to Positive Case of COVID-19 at Restaurant in Raymond – July 31, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is investigating potential community exposures related to a person with confirmed COVID-19 at Tuckaway Tavern and Butchery, located at 58 Route 27 Raymond, NH 03077. DHHS has determined that the person was in the bar area on the following dates:

  • Friday July 24, 2020, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Saturday July 25, 2020, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Sunday July 26, 2020, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Any individuals who visited the Tuckaway Tavern and sat at the bar during those days and times may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should contact NH DHHS at (603) 271-4496 for further guidance.
