Consumer Credit Division

The Consumer Credit Division regulates and registers many non-bank financial service companies including residential mortgage loan bankers, brokers, servicers, and loan originators (not commercial lenders or reverse mortgage companies), debt adjusters, money transmitters, motor vehicle sales finance companies, motor
