Interest Rate on Judgments

In accordance with RSA 336:1 under NH Chapter Law 242, laws of 95, the annual simple rate of interest on judgments (and prejudgments) is to be determined by the State Treasurer.

Pursuant to RSA 336:1 , the rate of interest to be in effect for judgments and prejudgments from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 is 2.1% as outlined below:
