New Hampshire College Tuition Savings Plan Advisory Commission
The New Hampshire College Tuition Savings Plan Advisory Commission (Advisory Commission),
established pursuant to New Hampshire statute
RSA 195-H:2
is responsible for the proper administration and management of the New Hampshire College Savings Plans.
Membership
The State Treasurer is the only permanent member of the Advisory Commission and serves as secretary.
Members of the Advisory Commission elected by New Hampshire citizens include:
- Two members of the House of Representatives
- Two members of the Senate
- The Governor, or designee
Two members of the public are selected by the Governor and serve two-year terms.
Other members, one representing each of the following New Hampshire higher education organizations and serving two-year terms, include:
- College and University System of New Hampshire
- Postsecondary Education Commission
- Community College System of New Hampshire
- New Hampshire College and University Council
- New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance foundation
The Advisory Commission meets regularly on a quarterly basis and such meetings are open to the public. Minutes of such meetings are available as follows:

Semi-annually, in January and July, the regular meeting is preceded by an Investment Committee meeting usually beginning at 9:00.
