The annual “Looking Beyond the Traffic Ticket” Awards ceremony was held in the Police Standards and Training Tactical Center on May 6, 2009. The following New Hampshire State Troopers were honored for doing an outstanding job of proactively enforcing New Hampshire’s motor vehicle laws, or for contributing to traffic safety by their dedication or innovative practices:
