The Drill Team provides Honor Guard and Color Guard services at parades and ceremonies throughout the state. Members train in basic drill and ceremony, and in military funeral protocols. 

The Drill Team acts as the Honor Guard for the New Hampshire Special Olympics Games and for several New Hampshire Fisher Cat Baseball games. Traditionally, the Drill Team acts as the Honor Guard for the New Hampshire Police Memorial annually in May. The Drill Team marches in several parades and often opens and closes sporting seasons of particular interest to the state, to include the football and hockey seasons at the University of New Hampshire.  Additionally, the Drill Team acts as Honor Guard for the Police Academy Graduations.

In 2007, the Drill Team represented the Division during funerals for retired troopers, local chiefs of police, and fallen New Hampshire police officer Bruce McKay.
