ARTICLE XI REVISION OF CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS Section 1. The Constitution and Bylaws may be altered or amended only by a simple majority of the voting membership, via ballot as prescribed by the Board of Directors, said vote by proxy authorized. Section 2. All alterations and/or amendments shall take effect immediately upon passage by the required majority vote.
