ARTICLE X

RETIREMENT/RESIGNATION MEMENTO

Section 1. Upon the resignation or retirement of a member in good standing with the Association who has more than three years but less than ten years of service with the New Hampshire State Police and who has been a member of the Association for more than three years but less than ten years, a recognition memento shall be presented.

Section 2. Upon the retirement or resignation of a member in good standing with the Association, with not less than ten years of service with the New Hampshire State Police and has been a member of the Association for not less than ten years, or upon the death or disability of a member in good standing with the Association, the prescribed retirement/resignation memento shall be presented to the retired or resigned member or in the event of death to his or her family denoting his or her service to the State of New Hampshire from the Benevolent Association.
