The Fiscal Year 2005 Homeland Security Grant Program is divided into two areas:

• LAW ENFORCEMENT TERRORISM PREVENTION PROGRAM (LETPP) (For New Hampshire's law enforcement community)
• STATE HOMELAND SECURITY PROGRAM (SHSP) FIRST RESPONDER GRANT PROGRAM - (For all other local first responders)
• COMMUNICATIONS, CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND MCI TRAILER GRANTS (LETPP and SHSP) (closed)
