Lake Massasecum, Bradford, NH – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule, Saf-C 409, a petition dated July 29, 2011 was received requesting that a No Wake Zone be placed by means of a “no wake zone” within the area described as located between Massasoit Island and the adjacent shore property at Lot #91, Lake Massasecum which is located in Bradford, NH. A public hearing was conducted on September 19, 2011 at the Bradford Town Hall. After carefully reviewing and considering all of the evidence and testimony received, Commissioner Barthelmes denied the petition on October 12, 2011. [Read Report ]

Senter Cove, Lake Winnipesaukee, Moultonborough, NH – APPEAL RSA 541:3 Commissioner Barthelmes on September 19, 2011 has issued a reply denying the requests seeking to reopen the June 24, 2011 hearing and two motions seeking to appeal his decision issued August 9, 2011 on Senter Cove.

Barbers Pole, Lake Winnipesaukee, Tuftonboro, NH – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received requesting that a No Wake Zone be placed within Barbers Pole. Commissioner Barthelmas's Designee, C. N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on July 30, 2011 at the Tuftonboro Towne House. After carefully reviewing and considering all of the evidence and testimony received, Commissioner Barthelmes denied the petition on August 25, 2011.

Senter Cove, Lake Winnipesaukee, Moultonborough, NH – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition dated April 29, 2011 was received requesting that the current No Wake Zone within Senter Cove be removed. Commissioner Barthelmes' Designee, C. N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on June 24, 2011 at the Moultonborough Selectmens Office. After carefully reviewing and considering all of the evidence and testimony received, Commissioner Barthelmes denied the petition on August 9, 2011.
