Sunset Cove, Lake Ossipee, Ossipee, NH – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated April 9, 2009 requesting the establishment of a No Wake Zone. Scott Woodman conducted a public hearing on June 5, 2009 at the Center Ossipee Town Office. Commissioner Barthelmes denied the petition on July 9, 2009.
Senter Cove, Lake Winnipesaukee, Moultonborough, NH – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated May 21, 2009 requesting the establishment of a No Wake Zone. C. N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on June 12, 2009 at the Moultonborough Selectmen Office. Commissioner Barthelmes approved the petition on July 9, 2009.

Connecticut River, Westmoreland, NH – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated June 2, 2009requesting the establishment of a No Wake Zone. C. N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on June 26, 2009 at the Cheshire County Maplewood Nursing Home. Commissioner Barthelmes approved the petition on July 9, 2009.
Newfound Lake, Bridgewater, NH – Pursuant to RSA 270:67, RSA 270:68 and Administrative Rule Saf-C 408, a petition was received May 27, 2008 from Delangis-Boyce Corporation d/b/a The Inn on Newfound Lake requesting an addition to an existing Congregate Mooring Field. C. N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on August 25, 2008 at the James Hayes Safety Building, Concord, NH. Commissioner Barthelmes did not recommend approval. Governor and Council Meeting agenda item #104 voted to deny the permit application on October 21, 2009.
Bow Lake, Northwood and Strafford, NH – Pursuant to RSA 270:61-a and Administrative Rule Saf-C 412, a petition was received September 2, 2008 from at least twenty-five (25) residents and/or property owners ("Petition" or "Petitioners") from each of the towns of Strafford and Northwood requesting that there be a hearing to regulate moorings pursuant to RSA 270:61-a. C. N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on November 6, 2009 at the Bow Lake Grange Hall, Strafford, NH. Commissioner Barthelmes approved the petition on January 13, 2010.
