South Down, Laconia – Pursuant to RSA 270:67, RSA 270:68 and Administrative Rule Saf-C 408, a petition was received dated December 14, 2004 requesting a Congregate Mooring Field. Curtis N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on April 1, 2005 at the Laconia City Hall, Laconia, NH. The Mooring Petition was approved by Governor and Council on June 24, 2005.

YMCA of Greater Boston, Tuftonboro – Pursuant to RSA 270:67, RSA 270:68 and Administrative Rule Saf-C 408, a petition was received dated August 2, 2004 requesting a Congregate Mooring Field. Curtis N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on April 4, 2005 at the Towne House, Tuftonboro, NH. The Mooring Petition was approved by Governor and Council on June 24, 2005.

Herrick Cove, Lake Sunapee, New London – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated April 14, 2005 requesting the establishment of a "No Wake Zone". Curtis N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on June 24, 2005 at the New London Town Office. Commissioner Flynn denied the petition on July 7, 2005.

Little Harbor, Atlantic Ocean, New Castle – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated April 14, 2005 requesting the establishment of a "No Wake Zone". Robert B. Ellard, Chief Hearings Examiner, conducted a public hearing on June 3, 2005 at the Wentworth by the Sea Marina. Commissioner Flynn denied the petition on July 7, 2005.

East Cove, Moultonborough – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, RSA 270:43 and Administrative Rule Saf-C 407, Saf-C 409, a petition was received requesting the establishment of a "No Rafting Zone" in East Cove in Lake Winnipesaukee. Curtis N. Duclos, Administrator, Bureau of Hearings conducted a public hearing on July 8, 2005 at the Moultonborough Town Offices in Moultonborough, New Hampshire. Commissioner Flynn denied the petition on July 20, 2005.

Orange Pond, Orange – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated May 10, 2005 requesting the establishment of a ban on all boats powered by petroleum products. Curtis N. Duclos, Administrator, Bureau of Hearings conducted a public hearing on July 8, 2005 at the Orange Town House in Orange, New Hampshire. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition on July 20, 2005.

Loon Lake, Freedom – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated June 22, 2005 requesting the establishment of a No Wake Zone. Curtis N. Duclos, Administrator, Bureau of Hearings conducted a public hearing on July 28, 2005 at the Freedom Town Hall. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition on August 8, 2005.

Eagle Island "narrows" Light #2, Gilford – Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated July 8, 2005 requesting the establishment of a "No Wake Zone". Curtis Duclos conducted a public hearing on August 12, 2005 at the Gilford Town Office. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition August 24, 2005.

Indian Point Beach Association, Hebron – Pursuant to RSA 270:67, RSA 270:68 and Administrative Rule Saf-C 408, a petition was received dated June 27, 2005 requesting two additional moorings to an existing Congregate Mooring Field. Curtis N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on August 22, 2005 at the Old School House, Hebron, NH. The Mooring Petition is pending review by Governor and Council on October 21, 2005.

Crescent Lake, Acworth – Pursuant to RSA 270:74-a, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 411, a petition was received June 29, 2005 requesting the ban of ski-craft. Michael King conducted a public hearing on September 29, 2005 at the Unity Fire Station, Unity, New Hampshire. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition effective October 1, 2005.
