- South Down, Laconia - Pursuant to RSA 270:67, RSA 270:68 and Administrative Rule Saf-C 408, a petition was received dated December 14, 2004 requesting a Congregate Mooring Field. Curtis N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on April 1, 2005 at the Laconia City Hall, Laconia, NH. The Mooring Petition was approved by Governor and Council on June 24, 2005.

Curtis Duclos conducted a public hearing on August 12, 2005 at the Gilford Town Office. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition August 24, 2005.
- Indian Point Beach Association, Hebron - Pursuant to RSA 270:67, RSA 270:68 and Administrative Rule Saf-C 408, a petition was received dated June 27, 2005 requesting two additional moorings to an existing Congregate Mooring Field. Curtis N. Duclos conducted a public hearing on August 22, 2005 at the Old School House, Hebron, NH. The Mooring Petition is pending review by Governor and Council on October 21, 2005.
- Crescent Lake, Acworth - Pursuant to RSA 270:74-a, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 411, a petition was received June 29, 2005 requesting the ban of ski-craft. Michael King conducted a public hearing on September 29, 2005 at the Unity Fire Station, Unity, New Hampshire. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition effective October 1, 2005.
