  1. Beaver Lake, Derry - Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received dated November 24, 2004 requesting an added amendment to existing speed restriction limiting time, direction and days of the week for water-skiing all other [existing] rules will still apply. Curtis N. Duclos, Jr., Chief Hearings Examiner, conducted a public hearing on June 15, 2004 at the Derry Public Library. Commissioner Flynn denied the petition on June 24, 2004.
  2. Back Lake, Pittsburg - Pursuant to RSA 270:74-a, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 411, a petition was received April 5, 2004 requesting the ban of ski-craft. Edward J. Coffey, Jr., Hearings Examiner, conducted a public hearing on July 16, 2004 at the Pittsburg Fire Department. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition effective October 1, 2004.
  3. Crystal Lake, Eaton - Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received requesting the establishment of a speed limitation of 10 miles per hour and a horsepower limitation of not more that 10. Curtis N. Duclos, Administrator, Bureau of Hearings conducted a public hearing on July 23, 2004 at the Evans Memorial Building, Eaton, New Hampshire. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition on August 3, 2004.
  4. Mendum’s Pond, Barrington - Pursuant to RSA 270:12, and Administrative Rule Saf-C 409, a petition was received requesting the establishment of a "No Wake Zone" in the northwest lobe of the pond. Curtis N. Duclos, Administrator, Bureau of Hearings conducted a public hearing on July 30, 2004 at the Barrington Public Library, Barrington, New Hampshire. Commissioner Flynn denied the petition on August 11, 2004.
  5. Black Cove in Lake Winnipesaukee, Meredith - Pursuant to RSA 270:12, RSA 270:43 and Administrative Rule Saf-C 407, Saf-C 409, a petition was received requesting the establishment of a "No Rafting Zone" in Black Cove. Curtis N. Duclos, Administrator, Bureau of Hearings conducted a public hearing on September 24, 2004 at the Meredith Town Hall Annex, Meredith, New Hampshire. Commissioner Flynn approved the petition on October 4, 2004.
