Compendium
Superior Court Cases

The following compendium is a Department of Safety document designed to provide a systematic and ready reference of superior court decisions. It includes court decisions on all driver license suspension appeals since May 1, 1992. This site will be updated periodically as new decisions are received.

The below document (1-16) is provided as a public service with the explicit caveat that the abridged excerpts are not "official summaries" of the cases abstracted and should be used only as an index for obtaining the full text of the court’s decisions. Last updated: April-2009.
