This is a two day course designed for all ranks. Chief Smith uses his knowledge and 32 years of experience to offer a practical approach to determining the correct decisions to be made at an incident. The course will consist of:
- Preplanning and Status Reports
- The 5 levels of the command sequence that include; Level 1 Incident Priorities, Level 2 Size-up
- Level 3 Strategy, Level 4 Tactics, and Level 5 the Action Plan.
- The practical use of the incident command system
- Numerous case studies will be utilized
- An extensive student guide will be provided
