REGISTRATION:
Payment and complete N.F.A. & N.H.F.A. General Admission Application (may be obtained by calling 271-2661). Departments may be billed with the Chief’s authorization on the General Admission Application.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Students will be introduced to a four-step model for effectively managing change. These activities include analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The same model will be used to examine the executive role of leading change. A variety of activities and simulations will apply theories to contemporary issues that executive officers experience daily.
