Madison Barn Fire

State Fire Marshal J. William Degnan, Madison Fire Chief Richard Judkins and Madison Police Chief James Mullen announce the New Hampshire State Fire Marshal's Office is assisting the Madison Fire and Police Departments with the investigation of a fire located at 192 Mooney Hill Road, Madison, NH.

The fire was discovered shortly after midnight on Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Two barns were completely destroyed and a number of livestock was lost to the fire. No one was home at the time of the fire. Anyone who may have been traveling on Mooney Hill Road or in the area of Mooney Hill Road between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. on the day of the fire and saw anything out of the ordinary or with information related to the fire please contact Investigator Thomas Riley at (603) 223-4289 or ARSON hotline 800-400-3526.
