    Yes, only Class C, Consumer fireworks which have been approved by the Commissioner of the NH Dept. of Safety.

    Every licensed fireworks store must post a copy of the New Hampshire Permissible Fireworks List. You can also contact your local police/fire departments, contact the NH State Fire Marshal’s Office. A copy of the most current list is also posted on the NH State Fire Marshal’s Office Web site.

    Yes. NH RSA 160-C does give towns, cities, or local municipalities the ability to adopt local ordinances that restrict, or prohibit the use, possession and display of Permissible Fireworks.
