The Bureau of Building Safety and Construction is divided into two major sections. The Building Construction section encompasses both the Modular Building Program and the Manufactured Housing Program. The Mechanical Safety & Licensing Section covers three programs relative to the installation and servicing of mechanical systems such as heating systems and fire protection systems.
