Any modular building or building component placed in New Hampshire must have New Hampshire Modular Building labels attached to certify they have been manufactured and inspected in accordance with the requirements of the New Hampshire Modular Building Administrative Rules, Saf-C-3300.

Modular labels are only good for a single specific location and elevation. Any time that a structure is relocated to another location or elevation, the structure must be re-labeled per Saf-C 3300.

Label locations vary, but their respective locations must be shown on the cover sheet of the drawings provided for the unit. Typically locations include electrical panels, cabinetry at kitchen or bathroom sinks, and/or closets.
