A list of approved modular building manufacturers and third party inspection agencies is maintained by the State Fire Marshal’s Office. These lists are updated monthly. Any questions regarding specific manufacturers and/or third party inspection agencies can be directed to the Modular Building Program administrator at the State Fire Marshal’s Office at (603) 271-3294.
